Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MioDrive, the cloud storage service provided by ZIO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the websites zio.ooo and drive.zio.ooo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MioDrive lets you store, sync, back up, and share files across your devices, including access through the web app, standard WebDAV clients, and offline downloads of direct links and torrents. We may add, change, or discontinue features and plans at our discretion, and we will do our best to give reasonable notice when material changes affect you.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. Plans, billing, and payments
- Storage plans (Basic, Plus, Pro, Max, and custom plans) are billed monthly, every 30 days, in US dollars, at the prices published on zio.ooo when your plan is set.
- To change plans or arrange custom storage, contact us at [email protected] — we will adjust your plan and proration as applicable.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the service until the balance is resolved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- store or share content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others;
- distribute malware, spam, or other harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
- abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and remove unlawful or abusive content when required.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you store in MioDrive. To operate the service — storing, syncing, previewing, and sharing your files — you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your files.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, violate the law, or create risk for the service. After termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that files will never be lost — you should keep important copies elsewhere.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice — for example, by email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States.
