We do not read your files for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

When you delete files, we remove them from the active service, and backed-up copies are deleted in the ordinary course of business. MioDrive is operated from the United States, and your files and account data are processed and stored on infrastructure in the United States. If you access the service from another country, you understand that your data will be handled in the United States.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including transport encryption, access controls, and monitored infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials and any share-link passwords safe.

8. Your rights and choices

• Access and correction — you can view and update your account information in your account settings.
• Export — you can download your files at any time.
• Deletion — you can delete your files or close your account.

9. Children

MioDrive is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
